What is the distance to town ?
The Hotel is perfectly positioned right in the heart of Queenstown with three minutes walking distance from the central of Queenstown, New Zealand.

Can we store luggage at the hotel?
We are happy to store your luggage for you between stays while you are away enjoying Fiordland and the surrounding regions.

Do you have lake views?
We have garden and mountain views from the hotel including Bob’s Peak and The Remarkables. Sorry no lake views.

Are there kitchen facilities?
Every room has its own fridge and coffee making facilities. Sorry, no other guest kitchen facilities available. We serve breakfast daily in our dining room.

What are the differences between room types?

Our Luxury rooms are situated at the front of the hotel overlooking central Queenstown, Bobs Peak and surrounding alpine scenery for which the area is renowned. These extra spacious rooms also include opulent New Zealand made possum fur throws.

Our Deluxe rooms have garden and limited alpine views and our Standard rooms have no direct views.

The Moonlight Room is our most relaxing and luxurious room. Overflowing in sumptuous fabrics, textures and materials, it features a draped, super-king bed and has been decorated with romance in mind! The furnishings are light and luxurious and the bathroom, complete with a Hydrotherapy Spa Bath and massaging shower head, allows for calming rejuvenation. The room also has a Juliet balcony overlooking Central Queenstown and Bob's Peak.

Do you have airport transfers and what is the distance to airport?
We can organise a Shuttle for you to/from the airport which is just 7km or 13 minutes away by car.

Are you located close to transports for ski fields?
We are just a three minute stroll to central downtown Queenstown, where ski field transportation regularly departs from.

Do you have off street parking? Is there a charge?
We have complimentary off street parking which is allocated on a first in first serve basis. There is also free parking available along the road side.

Is there a hairdryer?
Every room is complete with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.

Do you have GF/vegetarian options for breakfast ?
Yes, we have both Gluten free and vegetarian options available. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like a gluten free/vegetarian option for your breakfast.
